Smoked Steelhead Trout with a delightful special sauce. Can be served with crackers as an appetizer. Enjoy as a meal or on a salad. Pickup in Memphis or local delivery in that area upon request. Fish will be vacuum-sealed and cannot be shipped.

A note from Camp Riva-Lake: Since 1922, Camp-Riva Lake has been a thriving summer camp for girls. It's a place where they can unplug, enjoying the natural beauty around them, building self-confidence, fostering teamwork, learning to ride horses, sailing, canoeing, and so much more. We are celebrating our 100th birthday with a plan to raise $100,000. All proceeds from the auction, and any donations, will be used to refurbish and expand the structures at Camp Riva-Lake, with a special focus on the Playhouse, where the girls play weekly basketball games, sing, dance & perform- it really is the heartbeat of this very special camp we call CRL.
